Standard delivery is FREE on orders over £50, or £3.95 on orders under £50. Delivery in 3-5 working days. Express delivery is £4.00 on orders over £50 and  £7.95 on orders under £50. Delivery in 1-2 working days (order before 11.00 for next day delivery-UK only)		£15.00 on all orders. We can now ship to the following countries: Republic of Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg. Delivery in 10 working days.

 
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

All the products listed on Oneida.co.uk are currently in stock, however if an item is unavailable for any reason you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.  

Please note, a signature is required at the delivery address; if no one is available to sign for the goods our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery. 

Returns & exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product/s when they arrive you can return them in good condition, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note, all return postage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge) within 30 days. You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. If you would like to exchange to a higher priced item we will ask your agreement to take payment for the difference, and if the exchange is for a lower priced item the difference will be refunded to you.

Products purchased on Oneida.co.uk can not be returned to Oneida shops or factory outlets.

The personal data we collect from you will be used to fulfill your order as requested. By using our website you consent to us collecting and using personal information about you in accordance to the terms set out herein. From time to time we may contact you to inform you of Oneida products, services, promotions and special offers that you may be interested in. We may use customer and order data to undertake statistical analysis for internal use. We may pass your details to our approved consumer liaison service centre who adheres to the UK Data Protections Acts 1984 and 1998, and who will use this data solely for the purpose of answering your customer service queries.
