Your guarantee

  

During the guarantee period, Oneida will replace or repair your items free of charge if there is any defect due to faulty material or workmanship, provided you have followed the care instructions and the product has not been misused. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by deterioration due to dishwasher use, accidents, misuse or commercial use. Scratches, stains or discolouration are also not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

If you have bought Oneida cutlery recently you can register the guarantee here.
If your purchase was through Oneida.co.uk your guarantee is already valid and there is no need to register again.

 

Why register?
If you need to make a warranty claim or order replacement or additional items, registering your purchase will help us find the right product for you. We can also notify you if your range is planned to be discontinued.

Press

We can supply hi-res images of any Oneida or Sant' Andrea products. For product samples we can arrange a free-of-charge loan (usually within 1-2 days), or set up a substantial press discount on products ordered from our websites. Email press@oneida.co.uk with your enquiry.
