During the guarantee period, Oneida will replace or repair your items free of charge if there is any defect due to faulty material or workmanship, provided you have followed the care instructions and the product has not been misused. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by deterioration due to dishwasher use, accidents, misuse or commercial use. Scratches, stains or discolouration are also not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For product samples we can arrange a free-of-charge loan (usually within 1-2 days), or set up a substantial press discount on products ordered from our websites.
